THE INSPECTION AND STRENGTHENING METHODS ON BUILDING STRUCTURES

The typical inspection and strengthening methods on building structures are introduced systematically, especially the main characters, the purpose and the application scope of inspection and strengthening methods and the key construction methods of the strengthening, respectively. The inspection and treatment method for cracks, the inspection method on structural durability and the main points to test the structure endured fire disaster are summarized. Based to the authors’ and the others’ experience, three typical examples and several suggestions on inspection and strengthening are put forward in the end.
