A STUDY OF SOME PROBLEMS IN THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF THE HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS AS THE“ZHUJIANG FANYING”

  • This paper presents the calculating model of the tube-rigid frame stru-eture for "Zhujiang Fanying" project in Guangzhou,the structural scheme of the basement with an area of about 24903m2,the approximate methods of analysis and design for the pile-supported shear wallS,the secondary moment acting on the transverse beam caused by the vertical compression deformation of the frame columns and the corrective method concerned, and the analysis of the multistory frames with transverse beams hinged. Finally,some constructional deatails used to consider the temperature eff-ects and wind actions on these tall buildlngs as well as the selection of the floor structure are also discussed in this paper,
