In this paper, a single plate spring was presented, which nonlinear temperament satisfied smooth-going property, The static analysis of the structure was conducted using nonlinear FEM, and an optimal model of this strucks was developed to design the steel plate, An examlple was provided which validated the present FE analysis and optimal model.
