ON PROPERTIES OF STEEL FIBER REINFORCED CONCRETE UNDER CYCLIC LOADING

  • Experimental study of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) prisms under cyclic axial compression was conducted. All experiments were carried out in a servo-controlled material testing system in which strain control was implemented. The stress-strain relationships for steel fiber reinforced concrete under cyclic load are proposed in which the parameters are determined by correlating the experimental data. The mathematical expressions of the stress-strain relationships are shown to be simple, adjustable and widely applicable.
