WAVELET OPTIMIZATION DESIGN AND FRICTION TEST FOR A TWO DOF TURN TABLE

  • Based on the requests of ground docking simulation experiment tables,several types of two DOF turn tables are analyzed,and a bending-resistant two DOF turn table that is of light-weight,with large stiffness,high strength and low frictional torque is designed.The two DOF turn table is optimized by restrictive random direction method based on wavelet,which improves optimization speed and overcomes the difficulties in obtaining global optimal solution using conventional restrictive random direction method.The mass of the two DOF turn table reduces by 30% with the optimization.The frictional torque of the two DOF turn table is tested,with magnitudes of 5.6N·m and 1.325N·m for passive and active docking simulations,respectively.It is shown that the two DOF turn table is convenient,providing the basis for the simulation experiment table to really simulate the docking process.
