DESIGN OF FLUTTER SUPPRESSION FOR LIFTING SURFACE STRUCTURE BASED ON TOPOLOGY OPTIMIZATION TECHNOLOGY

  • On a high-speed flight condition, the lifting surface of missiles may have flutter problems that lead to structural damage even collapse. To improve the flutter characteristic of the lifting surface and make the process more scientific and efficient, the program was developed to obtain a lifting surface structure with higher critical flutter speed, based on topology optimization technology. The results show that the method has the following advantages: on topology optimization technology, a new structure is achieved efficiently and accurately, but the traditional method such as matching mass is left behind; the topology optimization is applied to improve the flutter characteristic of the aircraft lifting surface; the flutter problem, a fluid-solid coupling problem, is simplified, and the dynamic problem is innovatively transformed into a static problem so that it will be solved simply.
