精梳机钳板机构低阶谐振现象及其成因分析

RESEARCH ON LOWER ORDER RESONANCE PHENOMENON OF NIPPER MECHANISM ON COMBER

  • 摘要: 精梳机钳板机构是一平面二自由度七杆机构,运用机构弹性动力学理论分析该机构的低阶谐振现象,并探索其成因。结合钳板机构的实际工况建立动力学方程,利用振型叠加法求解,分析其低阶谐振现象。构建四种方案,从刚体惯性力、加压弹簧恢复力、冲击力三个方面探索钳板机构低阶谐振的成因。结果表明:钳板机构产生低阶谐振的主要原因是加压弹簧恢复力唤起的前三阶振型的简谐共振,刚体惯性力对谐振点响应没有作用但会影响机构的响应值,冲击力对机构响应值以及谐振点响应的影响都不大。

     

    Abstract: The objective of this paper is to study lower order resonance phenomenon of nipper mechanism on a comber which is a seven-bar linkage with two degrees of freedom based on kineto-elasto-dynamics (KED). Equations of motion are formulated considering the operating condition and solved by a mode superposition method. Four designs are produced to find the reason of lower order resonance of nipper mechanism which maybe is an inertial load, the pressure of pressurization mechanism or an impact force. The results show that the first three order harmonic resonances are predominant, caused by the pressure of pressurization mechanism, while the inertial load has influence on the dynamic response only, and the impact force can be ignored in both the dynamic response and resonance of nipper mechanism.
