THE STRESS INTENSITY FACTOR OF AN AUTOFRETTAGED THICK CYLINDER WITH AN AXIAL CRACK ON ITS EXTERNAL

  • 摘要: 工程中广泛采用自增强处理来提高厚壁圆筒的承载能力,经自增强处理后的厚壁筒,内壁保留有有利的残余压应力,外壁保留有拉应力。

     

    Abstract: The finite element method and engineering method were used to evaluate stress intensity fuetor of the pressured, autofrettaged cylinders with an axial crack on their external wall in terms of the autofrettaged residual stress solution which was obtained by considering the strain hardening and bauschinger effect. The equation of the engineering method is suitable to various material and overstrain and radii of cylinder.
