大型排土机结构的力学分析

STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF A LARGE SCALE SPREADER

  • 摘要: 大型排土机是国家重点研制项目——“千万吨级大型露天矿成套设备”之一,其结构部件多,构造复杂。本文以此为例,为其结构建立了各种平面、空间及其组合的有限元模型,并利用相应的有限元法整体地或局部地作了刚度、强度和稳定性分析,以及对排料臂架进行了优化设计。此项计算,为排土机的结构设计提供了可靠的依据。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, structural nigidity, strength, stability of large scale spreaders are analyzed and their optimization procedure is presented. It is found that the spreader analyzed possesses enough strength and entirety stability to spare. The optimation procedure of the spreader shows that its design is reasonable and safe. This paper provides basis for design of spreaders and its improvement.
