基于性能的高层钢-混凝土混合结构住宅设计

PERFORMANCE-BASED DESIGN OF STEEL-CONCRETE HYBRID STRUCTURE IN HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

  • 摘要: 结合建设部2004年科技示范工程-南宁湖滨大厦的设计,介绍钢-混凝土混合结构技术在高层住宅的应用。对高层住宅钢-混凝土混合结构体系进行受力特点和弹塑性性能分析,基本构件和节点的计算与设计,矩形钢管混凝土柱的耐火设计以及对减少该体系钢柱与混凝土墙体这两类竖向构件差异缩短提出相应措施,供同类工程参考。

     

    Abstract: Combined with the design of Nanning Hubin Mansion, a scientific model project in 2004, the application of steel-concrete hybrid structure technology in high-rise residential buildings is introduced. The load-bearing capacity and elastoplastic property of steel-concrete hybrid structures are analyzed. Members and joints design, as well as the anti-fire design of rectangular CFST columns are discussed. The differential shortening between steel columns and reinforced concrete walls is analyzed and measures to decrease differential shortening are proposed. The design methods can be referred to by similar projects.
