APPROXIMATE CALCULATION OF J-INTEGRAL OF PRESSURE PIPES WITH CIRCUMFERENTIAL SURFACE CRACK

  • 摘要: 本文详细讨论了含环向表面裂纹管道的SC.ENG1和SC.ENG2 J积分估算方法,建立了含环向表面裂纹管道的有限元模型,对上述方法的有效性进行了考察。采用三维弹塑性有限元方法分析和讨论了表面裂纹前缘的J积分的分布规律;及具有不同长度屈服平台的管道材料对J积分的影响,对该估算方法对于具有屈服平台的国内管道用钢的适用性和有效性进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: The estimation methods (SC.ENG1 and SC.ENG2) of J-integral for pipes with circumferential surface crack are discussed in detail and the 3D elastic-plastic finite element model for circumferentially surface-cracked pipe is established to testify the feasibility of above methods. The 3D elastic-plastic fracture analysis is conducted to study the distribution of J-integral along the front of surface crack, and the effects of pipe material with different yield plateau on J-integral values are discussed. The feasibility of these J-integral estimation methods for pipe steel with different yield plateau used in China is also discussed in detail.
