基础隔震层软碰撞限位实验研究

TESTING STUDY ON SOFT-COLLISION LIMITING DISPLACEMENT OF BASE ISOLATING LAYER

  • 摘要: 设计制作了基础隔震软碰撞限位实验模型与软碰撞限位器。软碰撞限位器包括钢螺旋弹簧限位器以及由U型钢板与I型铅棒组成的复合限位器,实验给出了限位器力学特性参数。进行了振动台模型实验,分析实验数据得出了预留距离与软碰撞限位器刚度对结构层与隔震层位移反应的影响规律,根据结构层与隔震层位移反应均控制在允许范围内的条件,优选出了适用于本隔震实验模型的软碰撞限位器实验工况。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the experimental model of soft-collision limiting displacement in base isolation is proposed. Correspondingly, soft-collision buffers are designed and made. Buffers are made up of steel spiral spring buffers and compound soft-collision buffers consisting of U-shaped steel plate and I-shaped lead. The mechanical experiments of buffers are carried out and the characteristic parameters are obtained. Shaking table model test is performed to examine the efficiency of soft-collision buffers. It is found that the peak floor drift and the peak isolation layer displacement are related with both the reserved distance and the rigidity of soft-collision buffers. The design of soft-collision buffers can be optimized by limiting the floor drift and isolation layer displacement within the permissive level.
