EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE ANTI-PULLING BEHAVIOR OF THE SQUEEZED CAST-IN-PLACE PILE

  • 摘要: 于奥运地铁支线某车站建设现场进行了挤扩支盘桩抗拔性能试验,并对试验过程和试验成果进行了总结和分析,归纳出试验中应注意的问题和解决方法;依据本次竖向抗拔静载试验数据,分析了挤扩支盘抗拔桩在承受上拔荷载时的轴力传递、侧阻力发挥和支盘阻力特征,表明抗拔桩在承受拉升荷载时的承载机理与抗压桩存在不同,通过对试验结果的分析讨论,揭示了该地区土层和支盘阻力的取值特点,对该地区同类基桩的设计、施工和深入研究具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The anti-pulling behavior of the squeezed cast-in-place pile is examined through an onsite test during a subway station construction in Beijing. The procedure and the results of the test are collected and analyzed. The problems and their solutions in developing the onsite test are summarized. The pile’s behaviors in load transfer, lateral friction resistance and squeezed branches’ capacity to resist the pulling load are analyzed. Results indicate that the pile’s anti-pulling behavior is different with anti-compression behavior. Moreover, the characteristics of the soil on site and the associated squeezed branches resistance are quantified, which is helpful to the design and construction of similar piles in similar areas.
