非线性间隙杆单元的特性及其迭代算法

MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR OF NONLINEAR GAP TRUSS ELEMENT AND ITS ITERATIVE CALCULATION METHOD

  • 摘要: 螺栓与栓孔之间间隙引起的非弹性变形是栓接结构产生挠度的一个重要原因。该文根据有限元的基本方法,建立了有间隙拉压杆单元,能够模拟有间隙栓接结构的力学行为,并准确计算出连接节点处间隙引起的结构的非弹性变形,并针对间隙单元的特点提出了基于剩余荷载系数增量理论的迭代求解方法。该文提出的计算方法为贵州省正安县桑坝大桥施工过程中拱架异样变形提供了理论基础,并根据实验数据和理论计算结果及时修改了施工方案。理论计算结果和工程实测数据良好的吻合,证明了该文方法的正确性和实用性。

     

    Abstract: The inelastic deformation induced by the gap between bolt and hole cause the deflection of bolt connection structures. Based on finite element theory, the gap-existence truss element is proposed to simulate the mechanical behavior of bolt connection structures,which can accurately calculate the structural inelastic deformation of gaps at connection joints, The iterative method based on incremental theory of residual load factor is presented according to the characteristics of gap element. This method provides theoretical basis for the calculation of abnormal deflection of the arch in construction control of Sang Ba bridge in Guizhou province. The calculation result is in good agreement with measured data, proving the method is accurate and practical.
