利用风洞加速砖风化的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ACCELERATING WEATHER EXPOSURE OF ARTIFICIAL BRICKS USING WIND TUNNEL

  • 摘要: 该文利用风洞对砖施加风荷载作用,以达到加速砖风化的效果。为了研究影响用于历史保护建筑外墙砌筑材料的人工砖风化因素的主次关系,该文运用了正交试验设计的方法研究其抗风化性能,主要从人工砖的抗压与抗折强度两个考核指标对砖的抗风化性能进行评价,发现风荷载加速了正常使用下人工砖的风化,盐分与水分的侵入导致了砖块的进一步劣化。

     

    Abstract: Artificial bricks are widely used in historical conservation buildings. The brick’s resistance to weather exposure in terms of compressive and shearing strength was estimated using wind tunnel in this paper. It was found that the wind load accelerated the artificial brick’s weather exposure under normal use, moreover, the invasion of salinity and the moisture contents lead further deterioration of bricks..
