弧边内凹蜂窝负泊松比结构的面内冲击动力学数值研究

NUMERICAL STUDY ON IN-PLANE IMPACT DYNAMICS OF CONCAVE HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE WITH NEGATIVE POISSON'S RATIO

  • 摘要: 该文数值研究了一种可变弧边内凹多胞蜂窝负泊松比结构的面内冲击动力学性能,讨论了胞元弧角和冲击速度对结构的变形失效模式、动力响应曲线、能量吸收特性和平台应力特征的影响。研究表明:冲击过程结构中出现旋转位移,胞元发生扭曲变形;结构变形受胞元弧角的影响,胞元弧角取值不同时结构具有不同的面内冲击失效模式;冲击过程中应力-应变曲线包括初始阶段、稳定阶段和锁定阶段,最终结构进入密实化阶段;结构的体能量吸收值和平台应力受冲击速度和胞元弧角的影响显著。

     

    Abstract: The in-plane impact dynamic performance of a variable angular curved concave side multi cell honeycomb structure with negative Poisson's ratio is studied numerically. The effects of the arc angle and of impact velocity on the deformation failure mode, on the dynamic response curve, on the energy absorption characteristics and on the platform stress characteristics of the structure are discussed. The study results show that rotational displacement occurs in the structure and the cells are distorted during the impact. The deformation of the structure is affected by the arc angle of the cell. When the arc angle is different, the structure has different in-plane impact failure modes. During the impact process, the stress-strain curve includes an initial stage, a stable stage and a locking stage, and finally the structure enters a compaction stage. The energy absorption rate and the platform stress of the structure are significantly affected by the impact velocity and by the arc angle of the cell.
