深海重型设备浮力辅助安装模拟研究

Simulation of buoyancy aid installation for heavey facilities in deep sea

  • 摘要: 浮式辅助安装技术是一项通过为水下生产系统配载浮力块来减轻吊重,从而降低水下生产系统对主装吊架起重能力要求的安装工艺。水下生产系统,安装完成后需在水底释放浮力块。该文基于Flow3D软件建立水下生产系统下放模型和浮力块上浮模型,分别对生产系统下放和浮力块上浮过程进行模拟,同时将数值结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了数值模型的准确性;并对计算结果进行分析研究,为浮式辅助安装技术的实施和改进提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: To reduce the requirement for the lifting capacity and decrease the hoist cable force during the descending and laying processes of subsea production systems, a buoyancy aid installation technology was proposed by applying buoyancy modules on subsea production system to alleviate the lifting weight and releasing the modules after installation. This study developed two models using the Flow3D software package:the subsea production system lowering down model and the buoyancy module floating-up model. It is observed that good agreement existed between the simulation and the experiment results. The simulated results offer quality reference on this new technology.
