新型外套管式梁柱节点多因素分析研究

MULTIPLE FACTOR ANALYSIS ON MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE OF OUTER-SHELL CONNECTION

  • 摘要: 在外套管式节点拟静力试验的基础上,建立该种节点有限元分析模型。经与试验数据对比,表明该有限元模型的有效性。采用有限元模型对外套管式节点进行包括外套管厚度、T型件翼缘厚度、T型件腹板厚度以及有无加劲肋的多因素分析,分析总结了这些因素对节点性能的影响。通过多因素分析,得到具有一定参考价值的结论。
    Abstract: Based on a quasi-static experiment of outer-shell connection (OSC), the finite element model is put forward. Compared with test data, the validity of the model is testified. Then multiple factor analysis of OSC, including the thickness of outer shell, flange plate and web plate of T-shaped members, with or without ribbed stiffeners, is carried out. And the effects of these factors on the mechanical performance of OSC are analyzed and summarized. Through multiple factor analysis, some conclusions are drawn that can provide some references for engineering practices.
