卫星微型雷达多柔性体传动机构运动仿真

DYNAMIC NUMERICAL SIMULATION FOR FLEXIBLE MULTI-BODIES ON SATELLITE RADAR

  • 摘要: 对于高速轻型系统,在其大幅度刚性运动的同时某些柔性构件存在着弹性变形,并相互耦合,相互作用,这种弹性变形对于有高精密度要求运动系统有明显的影响。主要研究卫星微型雷达中的两个转动机构在开启第二传动机构时,这两个机构所产生的扭转振动对卫星雷达精度影响。研究表明,两个转动机构都会产生有衰减的扭转振动现象。但对精度的影响不大,可通过在控制反馈中加入补偿来消除。

     

    Abstract: The elastic deformations of flexible bodies couple with the rigid motions of rigid bodies in light-duty and high-speed equipments, and have obvious influence on the dynamic precision of the equipment. The mini-type satellite radar is investigated to analyze the influence of torsional vibration of two drivers on the dynamic precision of the radar, while the second driver was moving. It is illustrated that there exist torsional vibrations attenuated by damping on the two drivers, which has little apparent influence on the precision of the radar mirror. The influence could be compensated by control feedback.
