复合材料梁结构损伤定位的无参考点互相关分析方法

DAMAGE LOCATING FOR COMPOSITE BEAM STRUCTURE BY CROSS CORRELATION ANALYSIS WITHOUT REFERENCE NODE

  • 摘要: 改进了基于互相关函数的损伤检测方法,不需要定义参考点就可以对复合材料梁结构的损伤进行定位。首先采集完好结构各测点的两组加速度响应,一组作为参考响应,另一组作为其特征响应;当结构发生损伤后,采集损伤结构各测点加速度响应作为其特征响应,分别计算完好结构及损伤结构的特征响应与参考响应间的互相关函数;以各测点响应互相关函数最大值在结构完好与损伤之间的相对变化作为损伤指标,对不同测点间的损伤指标进行差分处理,获得相应的损伤定位指标以定位损伤。针对蜂窝夹层复合材料梁单位置损伤和多位置损伤的损伤检测实验表明,该方法仅利用各测点在随机激励下的振动响应信号便可以准确定位损伤。

     

    Abstract: An improved method to locate the damage of a composite beam structure is proposed, based on the cross correlation function method. In this method, no reference node is needed. Two sets of responses with the same length of each node of the intact structure are measured, one set is used as the reference signal and the other set is used as the characteristic response signal. Then a set of characteristic response signals of the damaged structure is measured. According to the cross correlation function method, the maxima values of the cross correlation function between the reference signal and the two sets of characteristic response signals of intact and damaged structures are calculated respectively, the relative change of the maxima values are used as a damage index. The difference of the damage index of each node is served as the damage location index. The feasibility and the effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by damage detection tests of a honeycomb beam with single damage and multiple damages respectively. The test results show that there is no need to build the finite element model of the structure, and only the response signals of the structure under a random excitation are needed to locate the damage.
