有多层立杆的双排碗扣式脚手架稳定性分析

ANALYSIS OF STABILITY OF DOUBLE-POLE STEEL-TUBULAR SCAFFOLDING WITH BOWL-BUCKLE (DSSB) AND MULTI-STORY OF VERTICAL TUBES

  • 摘要: 根据双排碗扣式钢管脚手架的受力性能,在铰接单杆理论的基础上,针对连墙件竖向间距较大,立杆层数较多,且未设廊道斜杆的情况,综合考虑了连墙件间立杆、多层水平杆和碗扣的整体效应,推导出架体稳定承载力的解析解。考虑整体效应后,架体的计算承载力与铰接理论相比有较大提高,更符合真实承载力,且与有限元结果吻合较好,此方法适用于碗扣式钢管脚手架设计计算中。

     

    Abstract: Based on the hinged single-pole model, the paper derives the analytical solution of stability capacity of DSSB (Double-pole Steel-tubular Scaffolding with Bowl-Buckle) considering global effects of vertical tubes, horizontal tubes and bowl-buckle body between two adjacent fasteners. As for the DSSB discussed in the paper, the fasteners have long vertical distance, and the vertical tubes are extended to many stories with no vertical diagonal rods installed. The stability capacity of DSSB obtained by the presented method considering global effects, is much higher than that computed according to hinged single-pole theory, and is more consistent with the finite element results and experimental results. The method could be applied for the design of DSSB.
