离心铸管金属型的热弹塑性分析

THE THERMAL ELASTOPLASTICITY ANALYSIS OF CYLINDRICAL METAL MOLD

  • 摘要: 本文针对离心铸管用金属型的实际工作条件,假定材料的弹性模量为常数并具有线性强化性能,而屈服极限和塑性强化系数及热膨胀系数均随温度变化,采用塑性力学中的全量理论,在解析的基础上利用数值解法进行离心铸管金属型的热弹塑性分析。最后,给出其应力、应变变化过程和各阶段的应力场及循环应力-应变关系。

     

    Abstract: Applying Hencky's heory of plasticity, this paper developed the thermal elastoplasticity analysis model of cylindrical metal mold by use of numerical calculation on the basis of analytics, assuming that the Young's modulus of the mold material is constant and the plasticity strengthen of material is linear. The analysis take into account the thermal history and the temperature dependence of some properties of material such as thermal dilatation coefficient, yield stress and strengthen coefficient. The calculation was made to reveal the stress and strain history, stress and temperature distribution of mold. The cyclic stress—strain behaviour of metal mold was shown.
