三维轧制问题接触应力的数值分析

摘要: 本文采用修正刚塑性有限元法计算了三维轧制问题的接触应力,并分析和讨论了不同长高比时接触应力沿轧件纵向和横向的分布情况。计算结果与实验结果相吻合。

Abstract: In this paper, the contact stresses on the contact surface during 3-dimension rolling were calculated by using a modified rigid-plastic finite element method. The longitudinal and transverse distri- butions of contact stresses on the contact surface under conditions of different ratios of length to height were analysed and discussed. It is shown that there is a good agreement between calculated results and experimental ones.
