工程系统最优可靠度的决策
OPTIMAL DECISION FOR RELIABILITY OF ENGINEERING SYSTEMS

摘要: 本文通过协调工程系统当前的投资和损失期望(表现为工程系统的长期效益),提出了它的最优可靠度决策的方法。这种方法完全基于把对工程系统的投资合理地在其各子系统之间进行分配,以及让各子系统能有效地承担总系统的损失来实现。为此,本文首先根据子系统的造价和子系统的可靠度间的关系推导出了总系统的造价和总系统可靠度间的关系,然后给出总系统和各子系统的最优可靠度以保证工程系统有最佳的近期和长期的经济效益。Abstract: Through coordinating the engineering system's present investment and its loss expecta-tion(represents the long term benefit of the engineering system),this paper proposes a method for the decision of its optimal reliability.This method bases on the rational apportionment for the engineering system's investment among its structures and is realized by letting each structure effectively suffer the loss of whole system.For this purpose,the re-lationship between the construction cost and the reliability of the whole system is reduced according to the corresponding relationships of its structures.
