Abstract: The feasibility with applying EPRI engineering method to welded structure integrity assessment of pressure vessels is analysed. Some special problems such as welding residual stress, small crack problem, materialnon-homogeneity, etc, are discussed. A software on integrity assessmentfor welded structure of pressure vessels is developed in this paper.
