FRACTAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SHEAR STRENGTH FOR UNSATURATED EXPANSIVE SOILS

  • 摘要: 本文从膨胀土微孔隙分形分布的特点出发,导出了膨胀土的强度与基质吸力的关系式,非饱和膨胀土的强度与其吸力在双对数坐标上呈直线相关,这一关系得到了宁夏膨胀土的三轴试验结果的初步证实。
    Abstract: Shear strength character of unsaturated expansive soils is studied on the basis of its fractal microstructure. The relation between the shear strength and matrix suction of unsaturated expansive soil is presented by considering the fractal distribution of micropores of expansive soils, and it is supported by the triaxial testing results of expansive soil in Ningxia.
