Abstract: In this paper the isotropicalized outside singular point method for solving the bending problem of reienforced concrete plate is proposed.The bending problem of reienforced concrete plate is transformed into bending problem of isotropic plate by simple coordinate conversion method.The simple Green's function of bending problem of isotropic plate is utilized for the outside singular point method.The results display the advantages of this method in simpicity,dfficiency and accuracy.
