A SIMPLIFIED METHOD FOR THE ULTIMATE STRENGTH ANALYSIS OF SHIP PLATING UNDER BI-AXIAL COMPRESSIONS

  • 摘要: 采用简易高效的方法分析双向受压船体板极限承载能力,探讨焊接残余变形、残余应力的影响,并根据试验测试结果给出了焊接残余变形容限。计算结果与弹塑性非线性有限元法和试验值进行了比较。最后讨论了腐蚀对船体板极限承载能力的影响。
    Abstract: A simplified method has been developed in order to analyze the ultimate strength of ship plating under bi-axial compressions . The effects of welding residual deformations and residual stresses are studied . According to the measurements, a tolerance formula of welding reaidual deformations is put forward, The results presented are compared with those of non-linear elastoplastic FEM and experiments . In addition, the effects of corrosions on the ultimate strength of ship plating are discussed
