等强度多阶抽油杆柱参数的优化
OPTIMIZATION OF PARAMETERS FOR MULTI-STAGE SUCKER ROD OF UNIFORM STRENGTH

摘要: 针对油田深油井实际工况,推导出计算抽油机井下多阶抽油杆柱任意点处的变形、应力计算公式。在此基础上采用降维法,以多级抽油杆柱体积为优化目标函数,在满足多阶抽油杆柱各阶杆柱最大应力相等的条件下,对多阶抽油杆柱各阶杆长、杆径和阶数做了优化计算,编出了相应的优化程序,并分析比较了多组计算曲线结果。旨在为设计合理的多阶抽油杆柱,减小抽油机的工作载荷提供依据。Abstract: In view of the working conditions of the long stroke pumping unit in deep wells, the movement characteristics of the sucker rod are analyzed, and formulae are derived to calculate the stress and extension of the multiple-stage sucker rod and the effective stroke length of rod pumping units. Based on these formulae and the uniform strength principle of sucker rod, some key geometric parameters such as length and diameter for the multi-stage sucker rod are optimized.
