阶跃递增电流作用下导电薄板中的裂纹止裂效应

摘要: 研究了在带有有限长裂纹的无限大导电薄板中,垂直裂纹通入阶跃递增电流的情况下,裂纹尖端处的电磁场和温度场。给出了裂纹尖端温度的计算方法和算例。指出适当调整阶跃电流的变化值和阶跃次数,可使裂纹尖端处熔化形成焊点,从而遏制了裂纹的扩展。Abstract: This paper is concerned with the crack arrest in a current-current-carrying infinite thin plate. A stepped ascending current perpendicular to the crack surface is switched on The electromagnetic field and the temperature field around the tips of a crack of finite length are studied, and the expression of the temperature at the crack tips is obtained. It is shown that the crack tips will melt and welded joints ton be formed if the magnitude of the stepped ascending current and its ascending times are adjusted properly. As a result the propogation of crack can be arrested.
