A SEMI-ACTIVE CONTROL LAW FOR MAGNETORHEOLOGICAL DAMPER BASED ON THE LINEAR QUADRATIC GAUSSIAN/LOOP TRANSFER RECOVERY METHOD

  • 摘要: 针对由LQG(Linear Quadratic Gaussian)控制器设计的MR阻尼器半主动控制律鲁棒性差的问题,采用LQG/LTR(Linear Quadratic Gaussian/Loop Transfer Recovery)方法,使LQG闭环系统控制力返回比尽量逼近对应的LQR(Linear Quadratic Regulator)闭环系统的控制力返回比,得到具有改善鲁棒性的LQG控制器,然后按照某种规则设计磁流变(Magnetorheological:MR)阻尼器半主动控制律.最后对三层被控框架结构进行地震响应分析,数值结果表明由LQG/LTR得到的半主动控制律控制性能相比于由LQG得到的半主动控制律具有较好的鲁棒性和稳定性,并达到了LQR半主动控制律的控制水平.
    Abstract: It is known that the robustness of the semi-active control law for Magnetorheological(MR)damper based on the conventional Linear Quadratic Gaussian(LQG)method is often poor. The Linear Quadratic Gaussian/Loop Transfer Recovery(LQG/LTR)technique is first employed to design a new semi-active control law with better robustness. The new semi-active control law for MR damper is obtained based on the LQG/LTR controller and the rule of maximal dissipating energy. Thus, the closed-loop system becomes insensitive to measurement noise and model parameter variation. A numerical example is presented to verify the semi-active control law. Simulation results show that the semi-active control law has better robustness and stability than that of the conventional LQG method.
