ANALYSIS AND PREVENTION OF THE CRACKS IN CONTINUOUS PRESTRESSED CONCRETE BOX-GIRDER BRIDGES

  • 摘要: 本文根据预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥的特点在分析调查裂缝产生的原因基础上提出了该类桥裂缝的可分为9种类型,基于连续介质力学的理论推导了能考虑翘曲,横向弯曲,畸变引起的二次应力的预应力变截面混凝土箱梁的空间分析的U.L.列式,编制了计算程序可方便进行混凝土多室箱梁线性与非线性分析.并对具体工程桥梁进行分析,其计算的拉应力区和开裂区域与实际观测一致。提出了预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥在其今后的研究中应解决的几个基本问题。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, based on the analysis of the characters of continuous prestressed concrete Box-girder bridges and the reasons of cracking, cracks in them are classified into 9 types. Then a U.L formula of space analysis for variable cross-section beams is deduced, based on the theory of continuous medium, which can generally consider the secondary stress caused by distortion, lateral load distribution and warping. A program is also edited to do the liner & nonlinear analysis for concrete multi-cell box beams conveniently, the tension and the cracking regions deduced by which is consistent with that of survey on Huangpenxi Bridge.
