FRP布-混凝土界面粘结性能的有限元分析

摘要: FRP(纤维增强复合材料)布与混凝土界面的粘结性能是粘贴FRP布加固混凝土结构中的关键问题.首先讨论了该界面问题有限元分析的难点及建模方法,根据使用现有有限元程序试算的结果,讨论了界面问题中混凝土力学行为的特点及对混凝土本构模型的要求;在此基础上,提出了适用于分析FRP布-混凝土界面问题的混凝土本构模型,并编制了相应的程序,对FRP布-混凝土面内剪切问题进行了分析.分析结果与试验结果吻合较好,并给出了混凝土本构模型中相应参数的建议取值.基于数值模拟结果,对FRP布-混凝土界面粘接力学机理进行了讨论.Abstract: The debonding behavior at the interface between FRP sheet and concrete is a key problem for the application of FRP in concrete structure strengthening. The difficulties of finite element analysis of this interface problem are discussed and suggestions are given for the FEA modeling. From the numerical tests with FEA software, the requirements for the constitutive relationship model of concrete are discussed. Based on the analysis, an improved planar concrete constitutive relationship mode is developed and the interface debonding between FRP sheet and concrete under shear force is simulated. The numerical results are found consistent with the test results. The parameter values in the model are suggested. Based on the numerical results, the mechanism of interface is discussed.
