摘要: 对结构动力可靠度理论在最近几十年的进展作了评述。讨论了桥梁结构在动力激励包括车辆、风、地震作用下的安全度与使用可靠性评估,并与首超失效问题作了比较。提出铁路桥墩在地震作用下损伤评估的实验方法并作了讨论。Abstract: Developments in dynamic reliability theory over the last few decades are reviewed. The safety and serviceability of bridge structures under dynamic excitations including vehicle, wind and earthquake actions are discussed in comparison with the first passage failure problem. An experimental method for damage assessmentof railway bridge piers under earthquake is presented and discussed.
