STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DYNAMIC FRACTURE PARAMETERS AND CRACK PROPAGATION VELOCITY IN GAS PIPELINES

  • 摘要: 通过全尺寸试验的数据和小试件试验确定的材料动态断裂韧性,采用裂纹减速机制和节点力释放技术,利用有限元方法模拟了天然气管道动态断裂全过程,研究了天然气管道裂纹扩展速度与材料动态断裂参数之间的关系。
    Abstract: Based on the data obtained from full-scale experiment and the dynamic fracture toughness of X70 steel deduced from the small scale impact test, the dynamic propagation process of gas pipelines is simulated with FEM by adopting the deceleration mechanism and node force release technology, and the relationship between dynamic fracture parameters and crack propagation velocity is investigated.
