润扬大桥北汊斜拉桥钢箱梁的局部应力测试与分析研究

摘要: 在大跨斜拉桥扁平钢箱梁应力计算的误差分析基础上,提出了扁平钢箱梁局部应力分析的两体系计算方法。根据扁平钢箱梁的构造特点分别建立整体结构尺度模型和局部构件尺度模型并采用子模型法进行跨尺度模型的衔接。以润扬斜拉桥的扁平钢箱梁为例,计算了车轮荷载作用下的钢箱梁局部应力响应,并与润扬斜拉桥成桥静载试验结果进行了比较,验证了该方法的有效性,并在此基础上系统地总结了大跨斜拉桥扁平钢箱梁在车辆载荷作用下的工作行为与受力性能。Abstract: Double-system analysis method for local stress of steel box girder is presented based on the error analysis of stress calculation of the girder for Runyang Cable-stayed Bridge. According to the configuration characteristics of the steel box girder, the full-scale structural model and local-scale member model are constructed respectively and submodeling method is employed for the connection of these two models. The local stress responses of the girder under vehicle loads are calculated and compared with the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the method, on the basis of which the mechanical characteristics of the girder under vehicle loads are further summarized systematically.
