Abstract:
The dynamic experiments were carried out on Gouhe Bridge of Qinghuangdao-Shenyang Special Passenger Railway in China. The bridge is composed of multi-span simply-supported 24m-span PC girders with box section. The loads are the China-Star and Pioneer high-speed trains made in China, whose experimental speed reached 321.5km/h and 290km/h, respectively. The main measured data include the modal properties and dynamic responses of the bridge such as natural frequencies and damping ratios, girder deflections and lateral displacements, girder accelerations and lateral pier-top displacements, and the train vehicle responses such as derailment factors, offload factors, wheel-rail forces and vehicle body accelerations. The experimental results show that the bridge possesses good dynamic property and the China-Star and Pioneer high-speed trains have good running safety and stability.
