索穹顶结构施工成形及荷载试验研究

FORM FINDING AND LOADING EXPERIMENT OF CABLE DOMES

  • 摘要: 通过对一直径为4.8m的Levy型索穹顶模型的成形和荷载试验研究,得到了在成形过程中和不对称荷载作用下结构的内力和变形规律。试验结果表明:单元的初始下料长度、重力作用效应、预应力损失等均是实际工程设计中的关键问题。试验结果证实了作者提出的成形和找力分析方法可以满足索穹顶结构张拉成形要求,试验结果还证实了索穹顶结构的非保守性能。

     

    Abstract: The form finding and loading experiment are conducted on a model of a cable dome with the diameter of 4.8m by tensing diagonal cables and stressing static loads on its certain nodes. The behavior of the model during the forming process with nonsymmetrical loads is investigated. The experimental results indicate initial lengths of members, gravity effect and prestress loss etc are the key issues of cable dome design. The results not only approve the methods of form finding and force finding proposed by the authors are reliable and effective, but also the non-conservation of cable domes.
