聚能射流侵彻的理论模型与孔径计算

THEORETICAL MODEL FOR SHAPED CHARGE JETS PENETRATION AND CAVITY RADIUS CALCULATION

  • 摘要: 对在射流侵彻作用下靶板的径向响应过程进行了详尽的分析。基于虚拟原点概念推导了运动过程中射流径向尺寸变化规律。在此基础上结合流体动力学准定常侵彻理论,对射流侵彻过程中孔道孔径的变化规律进行了预测,分析得到了靶板在射流的侵彻作用下所形成孔道孔径随侵彻深度及孔道孔径随侵彻时间的变化规律,该模型形式简单、物理意义明确,最后通过对比发现理论分析结果与实验结果吻合的很好,理论分析对工程实践具有一定的指导作用。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the radial response of a target due to the penetration of the shaped charge jets. The radius variation of the jet in the motion process is deduced based on the virtual origin concept. The variation of the cavity radius in the penetrating process is analyzed, and a theoretical model to describe the relation between the cavity radius and penetration, and the relation between the cavity radius and time, is developed based on the quasi-steady hydrodynamic penetration theory. A comparison between predicted results and experimental results demonstrates better agreement. This study may provide valuable references to engineering practice.
