深厚冲积层冻结壁和井壁共同作用机理研究

A STUDY ON INTERACTION MECHANISM OF FROZEN SOIL WALL AND SHAFT LINING IN DEEP ALLUVIUM

  • 摘要: 该文基于粘弹性理论,建立了一个适用于深厚冲积层的考虑冻结壁与外层井壁以及周围土体共同作用的粘弹性计算模型,模型中同时考虑了冻结壁的蠕变变形。导出了作用于冻结壁上的外荷载表达式和冻结壁的应力分布规律以及作用于外层井壁上的冻结压力解析式和井壁的应力分布规律。用该文提出的理论计算公式得到的外层井壁上的冻结压力随时间的变化与现场实测数据吻合良好,验证了该方法的合理性,可为冻结法凿井的外层井壁结构设计提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on the viscous-elastic theory, the viscous-elastic calculation model is established. The interaction mechanism among the outer shaft lining, the frozen soil wall and the surrounding earth in deep alluvium is considered in the model. The creep property of frozen soil wall is also taken into account. The formula for load of frozen soil wall is derived and the corresponding expressions of stress distribution are obtained. At the same time, the formula of the frozen pressure on the outer shaft lining and the corresponding expressions of stress distribution are also derived. The results of the frozen pressure on the outer shaft lining from the theoretical formula of the present paper are consistent with those measured in situ. The study will provide a reference for the design of the outer shaft lining in the frozen deep alluvium.
