金属磁记忆技术的数值研究

NUMERICAL STUDY ON METAL MAGNETIC MEMORY TECHNIQUE

  • 摘要: 金属磁记忆方法能够有效评估材料及在役设备的早期损伤,并已在工程中得到部分应用,但目前尚缺乏建立该方法磁记忆信号与应力状态之间的定量物理关系。该文运用数值分析方法,考虑应力集中处的磁导率的变化分布规律,确定其表面漏磁场,较为系统地分析了应力集中宽度、埋深位置以及传感器提离值等对漏磁信号幅值和作用范围的影响关系。相关结果对金属磁记忆技术的定量化研究具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Metal magnetic memory (MMM) technique can be effective in determining the initial damage of materials and structures in service and partly applied in engineering. However, no quantitative relations between MMM signals and the stress states have been reported. Numerical method is applied in this study to simulate the magnetic flux leakage (MFL) signals, which is received by considering the change of the magnetic permeability in stress concentration zone (SCZ). Systematic analyses are performed about the MFL signals affected by SCZ width, its location and the lift-off value of sensors. The results would be helpful in promoting the quantitative research of MMM technique.
