钢纤维混凝土工业地坪有限元分析方法研究

FINITE ELEMENT METHOD FOR ANALYSIS OF SFRC INDUSTRIAL GROUND FLOORS

  • 摘要: 采用三维非线性有限元方法对钢纤维混凝土工业地坪的工作状况进行了分析和研究。该模型将钢纤维混凝土工业地坪等效为弹性地基上的钢纤维混凝土板,采用改进后的Willam-Warnke五参数准则作为钢纤维混凝土的破坏准则,考虑了钢纤维混凝土的非线性特征以及因板内温度差产生温度应力等的影响,并将计算得到的荷 载-挠度曲线、极限承载力及裂缝开展等与试验结果进行了对比,两者吻合良好,验证了建立的有限元模型的准确可靠。

     

    Abstract: The finite-element method is used to analyze the full range stress and deformation behavior of the steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) industrial ground floors. Using revised Willam-Warnke’s five-parameter failure criterion for SFRC under multiaxial stress state, considering the nonlinear behavior of SFRC and the temperature stress due to temperature difference in slabs, etc, the deflection-load curve of slab, ultimate load capacity, and crack propagation are obtained. The analytical results are found to agree well with test observations, validating the reliability of the FEA model.
