Abstract:
Based on the theory of fatigue cumulative damage, an analysis on the reliability of concrete under freeze-thaw action was carried out. The damage of concrete structures under the action of freeze-thaw may be approximately regarded as the damage due to sequential cyclic actions with various positive-negative peak temperature differences. On this basis, the reliability model of concrete after freeze-thaw cycles is given based on the theory of fatigue cumulative damage. At last, the reliability of one concrete member after freeze-thaw cycles is calculated.
