Abstract:
According to the fact that the membrane shell develops no moment, this paper proposes a program to compute the swell pressure on the circular rubber barrel at different time due to bentonite column swelling. The basic idea is to analyze the swell pressure from the circular rubber barrel swell deformation. According to the stress-strain constitutive law, micro rubber element geometric equation in Cylindrical coordinate system and the internal force equilibrium equation on the circular rubber barrel cross-section, the inside pressure of circular rubber barrel at different time and different position can be derived. Moreover, HSSA-EXCEL is employed to calculate the inside pressure of circular rubber barrel, showing that the profile near the water injecting position has larger inside pressure and the inside pressure increases with time.
