基于尾波干涉的钢管混凝土轴压失效过程监测试验研究

FAILUR PROCESS MONITORING OF CONCRETE FILLED STEEL TUBE DURING AXIAL COMPRESSION USING CODA WAVE INTERFEROMETRY

  • 摘要: 钢管混凝土因其强度高、延性好、稳定性强等优点,在工程上被大量运用。在材料自身性能退化、外部荷载等的作用下,钢管混凝土的性能不断劣化,但在其服役过程中,利用破损的方法切开外层钢管来检测内部混凝土的劣化情况往往是不被允许的,因此利用无损检测方法对不同受力状态下的钢管混凝土开展监测十分必要。该文在轴压荷载下分别对普通和带内筒两种钢管混凝土试件的失效过程进行了超声监测,并利用尾波对介质中微小变化敏感的特性,构造了适用于钢管混凝土试件损伤监测预警的尾波走时偏移变化率指标。研究结果表明:超声信号幅值、尾波走时偏移、尾波走时偏移变化率三个损伤指标可以反映钢管混凝土的损伤演化情况,在试件失效前,三个指标均发生了显著的降低,后两个指标对钢管混凝土轴压失效不同阶段的刻画更加细致;与普通钢管混凝土试件相比,带内筒的钢管混凝土的三个损伤指标突变点更加靠后,印证了带内筒的钢管混凝土的延性更好;相比于超声信号幅值以及尾波走时偏移这两个指标的突变点,尾波走时偏移变化率的突变点更加靠近钢管混凝土极限承载力出现点,因此更适于作为钢管混凝土试件失效前兆的预警指标。

     

    Abstract: Concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) is widely used in engineering because of its high strength, good ductility and strong stability. Under the influence of material performance degradation and external loads, the performance of concrete-filled steel tube continues to deteriorate; but during its service, the use of damage methods to cut the outer steel tube to detect the deterioration of the internal concrete is often not allowed, therefore, the use of non-destructive testing methods to monitor concrete-filled steel tube under different stress states is necessary. In this paper, the failure processes of two kinds of concrete filled steel tube specimens, ordinary and hollow sandwich, were respectively monitored by ultrasonic under axial load. Based on the sensitivity of coda wave to small changes in the medium, a coda wave damage index, coda wave travel time deviation change rate, was constructed which is suitable for damage monitoring of concrete filled steel tube members. The results show that ultrasonic signal amplitude, coda wave travel time deviation and coda wave travel time deviation shift rate can effectively reflect the damage evolution of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST), and the three indexes all decrease significantly before the failure of the specimen. Compared with ordinary concrete-filled steel tube specimens, the mutation points of the three damage indexes of concrete-filled steel tube with inner tube are later, which confirms that the ductility of concrete-filled steel tube with inner tube is better. Compared with the abrupt points of ultrasonic signal amplitude and coda wave travel time deviation, the abrupt points of the change rate of coda wave travel time frequency shift are closer to the occurrence point of the ultimate bearing capacity of CFST, so it is more suitable to be used as an early warning index of the failure precursor of CFST members.
