冷弯带肋薄壁不锈钢管再生混凝土短柱轴压力学性能研究

AXIAL COMPRESSION BEHAVIOR OF RECYCLED AGGREGATE CONCRETE-FILLED COLD-FORMED RIBBED THIN-WALLED STAINLESS STEEL TUBULAR STUB COLUMNS

  • 摘要: 为研究冷弯带肋薄壁不锈钢管再生混凝土短柱的轴压力学性能,完成了14个冷弯薄壁不锈钢管再生混凝土短柱试件(包括12根带肋试件和2个无肋对比试件)的轴压试验,考察了加劲肋宽度和钢管宽厚比对试件破坏模态、荷载-应变关系曲线、极限承载力和延性的影响规律。采用ABAQUS建立了冷弯带肋薄壁不锈钢管再生混凝土短柱轴压性能的有限元分析模型,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,利用有限元模型,进行了典型构件的荷载-应变曲线、荷载分配比例、不锈钢管和核心再生混凝土的纵向应力分布及其相互作用的分析。通过参数分析,研究了不锈钢屈服强度、核心再生混凝土强度、加劲肋宽度、再生骨料替代率和钢管宽厚比等参数对构件轴压受力性能的影响。最后,提出了冷弯带肋薄壁不锈钢管再生混凝土短柱轴压承载力的简化计算公式,可为实际工程设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To study the axial compression behavior of recycled aggregate concrete-filled cold-formed ribbed thin-walled stainless steel tubular stub columns, a total of 14 specimens, including 12 specimens with ribs and 2 specimens without ribs, were tested under axial compression. The influences of rib width and width to thickness ratios of the steel tube on failure pattern, load versus strain relation curve, ultimate strength and ductility of the specimens were experimentally investigated. Furthermore, the finite element (FE) model for axial compression performance of recycled aggregate concrete-filled cold-formed ribbed thin-walled stainless steel tubular stub columns was established using ABAQUS, and the calculation results agreed well with the test results. Using the FE model, the typical load-strain curve, load distribution ratio, longitudinal stress distributions of stainless steel tube and core recycled concrete of typical members and their interaction were analyzed. Parametric studies were performed to clarify the influences of stainless steel yield strength, core concrete strength, rib width, recycle aggregate replacement ratio and width to thickness ratios of the steel tube on the mechanical behavior of members. Finally, a simplified formula for calculating the axial compression bearing capacity of recycled aggregate concrete-filled cold-formed ribbed thin-walled stainless steel tubular stub columns was proposed, which can provide a reference for practical engineering design.
