疲劳荷载作用对预应力长期损失影响试验研究与理论分析

EXPERIMENTAL AND THEORETICAL STUDY OF IMPACT OF FATIGUE LOADS ON LONG-TERM PRESTRESS LOSS

  • 摘要: 区别于有粘结预应力筋,无粘结筋与混凝土不存在应变协调,钢绞线中的应力是构件相关而非截面相关,导致无粘结预应力长期损失计算较为复杂。针对承受持续性疲劳荷载的无粘结预应力混凝土梁,该文考虑了混凝土徐变、收缩和预应力筋松弛的相互影响,以及非预应力筋的约束作用,建立了无粘结预应力长期损失计算模型,模型纳入了疲劳荷载下的徐变应变本构以及考虑疲劳损伤的预应力筋松弛。通过4根无粘结预应力混凝土梁28 d持荷预应力损失试验验证了该文模型的正确性,并与现行规范计算值进行了对比,结果表明:该文提出的计算模型能够准确反映疲劳荷载特征对无粘结预应力长期损失的影响。

     

    Abstract: Unlike bonded prestressing tendons, there is no strain compatibility between tendons and concrete. The stress in the tendon is member-dependent rather than section-dependent, which makes the calculation of long-term loss of unbonded prestressing more complicated. For unbonded prestressed concrete beams subjected to fatigue loading, the interaction between concrete creep, shrinkage and relaxation of prestressed tendons is considered, as well as the constraint effect of non-prestressed tendons, and a model for the calculation of long-term prestress loss of unbonded prestressing tendons is established, which incorporates the creep strain constitutive under fatigue loading and relaxation of prestressing tendons considering fatigue damage. The model was verified by the 28-day prestress loss test of four unbonded prestressed concrete beams, and compared with the calculated values upon the current codes. The results show that the model proposed can accurately reflect the influence of fatigue loading characteristics on the long-term loss of unbonded prestress.
