Abstract:
The CPC technology chain is widely applied to automobile production line. Its working performance is influenced by gravity, gradient resistance and frictional resistance, etc. In the first, muti-body dynamics simulation methods are applied to CPC technology chain design to cut down the design cycle and assure the reliability. With the scripting language modeling method, the settings are completed automatically to the constraints and load boundaries among chains, guide rails, work piece, drives and tensioning devices. A real CPC technology chain of car assembling line is analyzed to simulate the real contact and friction among the components. The result of dynamics analysis including the needed driving force while the whole system is under operation, the interaction force among chain links, and other mechanics results are obtained. In addition, the running smoothness and reliability of the whole system are tested and verified. Finally, the numerical simulation method of the CPC technology chain system is established. The process and methodology of this simulation has important guiding significance for the design of CPC technology chain and other similar system.
