大型科技场馆绿色建筑建造关键技术的创新实践

INNOVATION ON KEY CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF SCIENCE VENUES GREEN BUILDING

  • 摘要: 利用软土宏观及微观试验、振动台试验及仿真分析、压剪试验、节点实验、施工模拟、能耗模拟等方法,结合世界建筑规模最大的科技场馆-广东科学中心的建设,进行了软土地基上无统一隔震层的大跨巨型钢结构隔震技术、大跨复杂钢结构体系施工新技术、绿色建筑设计与评价体系等大型科技场馆绿色建筑建造关键技术的创新实践,解决了大型科技场馆建造过程遇到的多层大跨开放性空间的灵活布展、保证建筑及科技展品在各种自然灾害作用下的安全性和响应国家“四节一环保”政策要求等难题。

     

    Abstract: To achieve the flexible decoration of multi-layer-opening venues, to ensure the safety of large-span-giant steel structure and scientific exhibits under the action of all kinds of natural disasters, and to follow the national policy of Energy saving, Land saving, Water saving, Material saving and Environment friendly, isolation technology of large-span-giant steel structure without unified isolation layer on soft soil foundation, construction technology of complex long-span steel structure system, and design and evaluation technology of green building were researched and applied in the largest science venues green building, Guangdong science center. The project carried out macroscopic and microstructure test of soft soil, shaking table test, simulation analysis, pressure-shear test, node experiment test and simulation analysis, construction simulation and energy consumption simulation
