焊钉连接件抗剪刚度计算方法研究

摘要: 为建立组合结构桥梁常用的焊钉连接件抗剪刚度计算方法,通过共计40个焊钉抗剪承载性能模型试验,分析了焊钉在混凝土中的变形特点和受力机理,建立了焊钉连接件抗剪刚度计算式。研究结果表明:以剪力-滑移曲线对应滑移量为0.2mm处的割线模量作为抗剪刚度,所对应的剪力约为最大剪力的45%,并近似位于剪力-滑移曲线线性与非线性分界处;抗剪刚度计算式反映了焊钉直径、弹性模量及混凝土弹性模量的影响,物理意义明确,与试验数据具有较高的吻合度。Abstract: In order to obtain the calculation method for the shear stiffness of headed stud connectors in composite bridges, 40 model specimens, divided into 14 groups, were prepared and tested. Based on the deformation and mechanical behavior of studs under shear forces, a formula for calculating the shear stiffness of stud connectors was proposed. The results show that the slip at the cut-off point of liner and nonlinear segments on a shear-slip curve is about 0.2mm. The secant modulus at the slip of 0.2mm is defined as the shear stiffness of stud connectors, and the corresponding shear force is about 45% of the ultimate shear force. The proposed formula indicates that the stud diameter, the elastic modulus of steel and concrete are the main influence factors of shear stiffness. And the shear stiffness predicted by the formula agrees well with test results.
